Event Packages

    Full Day - $2550

    Up to 8 hours of on‑site photography capturing speakers, audience engagement, candid interactions, venue details, branding, and any key moments requested.

    A curated gallery of professionally edited images 250–350 images depending on pace and content.

    High‑resolution files for print and web‑optimised files for digital use.

    Private online gallery for easy download.

    Commercial usage licence for your own marketing: website, socials, print, newsletters, advertising.

    Travel within Auckland

    Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days.

    - All pricing includes GST

    Four hours of on‑site photography capturing speakers, audience engagement, candid interactions, venue details, branding, and any key moments requested.

    A curated gallery of professionally edited images 150–250 images depending on pace and content.

    Private online gallery for easy download.

    Commercial usage licence for your own marketing: website, socials, print, newsletters, advertising.

    Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days.

How to book

Booking your Event Photography with me is simple and stress-free! From your initial enquiry I’ll guide you through each step to ensure everything is seamless. Below, you’ll find a breakdown of the process so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Choose your preferred event package then get in touch and we can work together to discuss your event coverage in more detail.

  • Once we’ve confirmed your details, I’ll be in touch with a quote. Once you’ve reviewed and accepted your quote you will receive an online booking agreement and an invoice for your 50% booking deposit.

    Please note: this deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date should you need to reschedule, (please note rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours notice).

    Payment can be made by card (fees apply) or bank transfer (fee-free). Once your agreement is e-signed and deposit payment is received — you’re all booked!

    Your final balance is due 48 hours ahead of your event.

  • Closer to the date, I’ll get in touch to request your run sheet and gather details about key speakers and any specific shots you’d like captured on the day.

  • I keep things relaxed and organised so you can focus on running your event while I document everything as it unfolds. I move through the space quietly, capturing the key moments, the people, and the atmosphere without getting in the way. My goal is to tell the story of your event in a way that feels natural, energetic, and true to your brand.

  • You’ll receive all your professionally retouched images in a private online gallery within 5-7 days of your event (a same day delivery can be arranged if required).

    From your gallery, you can choose and easily download your images and, if you wish, order prints too!
